President Founder

Francisco J. Cervantes, President of BiosAqua®, obtained his PhD in Environmental Sciences at Department of Environmental Technology of Wageningen University (The Netherlands). He worked, in a posdoc position, for Lettinga Associates Foundation (Wageningen, The Netherlands) in different wastewaters’ projects. He is member of the National Researchers System and the National Academy of Science in Mexico, and member of the International Water association (IWA). Author of over 50 scientific and technical publications, including the most recently published book “Advanced Biological Treatment Processes for Industrial Wastewaters: Principles and Applications” by IWA Publishing (2006). He has taught several courses of Wastewater Treatment for different Latin-American Institutions and designed a number of wastewater treatment plants currently in operation for different industrial sectors in Latin America.
